I got NOI on the 7th match, 21 April is the 45th day, but I will get my daughter's passport on 22nd April(custody case, court permission required to get passport, which I have, and now I will get a passport on Monday) , now question is can I make it one day late?

No, you will not be able to submit after the deadline. You can submit your application now with all the details available to you. Once you get the remaining docs like passport, raise a webform attaching additional documents plus a letter of explanation.
