One copy or two?

In the IMM 5289 COMPLETE GUIDE it states that the IMM 0008 and IMM 1344 must be completed by both the sponsor and the applicant.

However, in the country specific drop down menu page for Korea, it appears that only the sponsor must fill out IMM 1344 and the applicant IMM 0008

Thus, I'm confused on who should complete them.

The guide lists IMM008 as an applicant form, so I'm not sure where you are seeing otherwise. IMM1344 is a sponsor form with a section that needs to be signed by the applicant, hence why it is listed in both sponsor and applicant forms.
