I had prepared the one and same name certificate earlier (around my ITA time); but I have forgotten if I shared the document earlier or I shared the webform and it did not get submitted.
Where can i check if this has been shared to IRCC by me or not? If this is not shared, how do I share the affidavit now? The names in my educational certificates are different.
