Once the application is sent, can you modify your documents?

Hi, everyone

So I sent my application May 2011 and did my medical in September 2011 and haven't heard from immigration office since then.

After seeing some cases getting rejected because they think your work experience is not long enough, it got me worried.

I think I rushed a little bit when I submitted my application. They might think I haven't worked a full year due to my documents. But in reality I am still working at the same company and by now I have 2 years work experience.

So my question is that can I some how contact them and let them know about this. Like sending them my most current T4.

Thank you very much if you can provide me some help on this one.

You can send them a letter explaining that while you were waiting for the application to be processed, you are still being employed in the same company, reminding them that you are accumulating more and more time as time goes by. And also attach your T4 and Notice of Assessment etc. Don't use words like "I apologize that I didn't have enough experience when I submitted it". Remind them of what's good in your case, not what mistake you made.

I can't see this do any harm, even if it doesn't do any good.

Did you work for at least 12 months and accrue 1950hrs before applying? If yes to both, there's nothing to be concerned about.
