Dear Friends,

This is Ragu from India. I am preparing to apply for express entry visa to Canada with the awesome guidance of you guys. I do have one basic doubt in this process.

Since I am applying from India (outside Canada), and when my application in the pool, what really happens in the pool for one year.?

1. As we registered in the Job bank , does employers from Canada view our profile for the available jobs and call for the interviews?. How this job Hunting process goes effectively?
2. Does provinces request us for the PNP if our profile suites for their province job market or we need to apply for PNP for any provinces?.

I have total of 7 years work experience out of which 4+ years in Procurement, supply chain, etc.

Don't have much idea but i think If they really like your profile then they would ask you to send further documents.

2. Does provinces request us for the PNP if our profile suites for their province job market or we need to apply for PNP for any provinces?.

They have mentioned on CIC website that provinces can pick candidate from the pool but I feel its very unlikely to be happened unless you have EXTRAORDINARY skills.
Therefore, you have to apply by your own to the Provinces. In that case, you have to be updated with the opened CAP of Provinces (which usually gets fill very quickly)

1) theoretically, yes. In reality, no. Relying on the job bank to get you a job will be futile.
2)Only Ontario PNP can choose you, the rest of them you need to apply for. Quite a few of them have closed their PNP allocation for this year.

It's extremely rare that one gets contacted by an employer through job bank.
I work in the same domain and got nominated by ontario recently.
