ON PNP Submit and Paid then Message Error, didn't receive any confirmation email

Anyone had this issue on Friday night?

I submitted and paid $1500, then it showed me the message error page.

It has already been a pending transaction showing in my bank account, but I didn't receive any confirmation email.

Now when I logged into my profile, it still showed me "waiting for submission".

Anyone can help? Thanks.
