I have moved to Canada On Intra company transfer (No LMIA) in June-2021 (less than a year in Canada), how can I claim additional points under 'Arranged employment for the Federal Skilled Worker Program', if my company is ready to share a job offer?

You can't. You have to work in Canada for a full year before you will be eligible for these points.
