ON Health Card in AB for pregnant Women

Hi Folks,
Doe anybody know a Pregnant women in ON can deliver in Alberta, her initial pregnancy registered in ON then she went abroad for three months now coming back in last 3 month she wants to deliver in Calgary. Do guys see any possible problem for her with respect to ON health Card.
