On campus work plus off campus

Does anyone can confirm if an international student, can be working for two different employers, one on campus and one off campus???

By doing that the student would have on campus work and off campus work at the same time....

Would then there be a limit of working hours in total??? For example: working off campus up to 20 hours + on campus 10 hours, and a total of 30 hours per week...is that legal?

Or is there any legal restrictions????
