Since on campus work has unlimited hours can anyone who works on campus earn more than off campus worker since it is been specify for off campus workers has number of hours per week. In contrast, law 186(v) specifically says 20 hours per week off-campus during study session and full during break

Usually on-campus pay is more than off-campus but again it depends which type of work you are doing outside. If someone is working in tim hortan's, or burger king, these are minimum wage jobs whereas, if someone is working in banks, they get paid more. Gym assistance jobs on On-campus has more pay usually close to $15-$16 per hour.

It really depends on what the employer has to offer whether it is off campus or on campus. Jobs that paid really good on had high competition because it was it was very convenient and also took student schedule into account.
