Your question doesn't make sense. If you are asking if you can obtain a visitor visa on arrival in Canada on an Indian passport - the answer is no. You must obtain a visitor visa before you leave for Canada. Without a visitor visa, you won't even be able to board the airplane to come to Canada.glencybabyvengassery said:

What you've probably heard about is the converse..... which is the eTourist Visa option now available to Canadian passport holders (among other nationalities).... who are visiting India for tourism/meet family or friends/short business visits/medical reasons
