I am on a visitor visa in Canada and just received my PR approval. Do I need to travel outside of the country to get the COPR? Or can I do landing while here?

Congrats, no you don't need to leave. Advise them via web form you are here, they will send instructions how to do your landing.

If you had a virtual landing and It was confirmed you were in Canada before sending you the eCOPR via email no need to send in passport or to leave and reenter Canada.
