Omissions of profession in my spouse passport

Hello,
I was recently invited to apply for Canadian perminently resident. My husband has been working in our home country for the past 10years and this was captured in our profile(this did not contribute to our points). But we just recently noticed that his profession was omitted in his passport. However I am the main applicant
Could this cause a rejection to our PR status?

I think most countries do not have one's "profession" or job in his/her passport.
For example, you won't be able to find that in a Canadian passport.
