Deleted my old EE profile way back, but today logged into job bank
account just to verify its deactivated, but it still sais "Active".

How do I de-activate my old job bank account?

I have another EE profile open and valid with a different job bank account
associated with it, and do not want the old job bank account active as well,
not to cause any problems.

Deactivate it by hitting the 'deactivate' button in your profile page.
