Old FBI clearance

The visa office Hong Kong sent me an email requiring me to provide my husband's FBI clearance. We had lived in the US for about a year from 2003 to 2004 to get his master degree. We do have one FBI clearance but it was applied in 2005 for a personal purpose.We haven’t stayed in the US after since. I’m wondering if we can still use the old FBI clearance? Or we need to apply a new one?
Anyone knows?

I believe they will ask you for an updated pcc....
