What Impact, if any, does a 9 yr old Misdemeanor DUI conviction have on a CIC application. DUI arrest will appear on my FBI report. If any 1 have similar experience, please share

I have 2 more Qs, if u you have the answer to them.

1. Should I apply for CIC b4 rehab is approved. or can i attach a note in the cic App saying awaiting Rehab approval.

2. FBI clearnce takes well over 2 months these days. I can get most state PCCs in a week -- should I wait till FBI clearnce arrive b4 applying rehab approval ?

well if the currect time line holds -- I am expecting Ainp Nomination by april. Once nomination is approved I will obviously be submitting my CIC app under econ class.
