I AM A CANADIAN CITIZEN. BUT I STAYED 5 YRS IN CANADA.
1. Can i get Old age security pension
?
2. Should I apply for OAS pension even if I completed 5 yrs stay in canada ? How much I will get ?

3. Do we need to declare total income from india or only indian pension amount ?
4. I never declared my Indian income till now. Any objection ?

You don't qualify at this time.

You have to wait until you have lived in Canada for 10 years.

For the years you are living in Canada, you must file taxes and declare your worldwide income.
 
1. Not until you have lived in Canada for 10 years.
2. Get nothing until eligible. Check out the estimator on the OAS site.
3. Yes, you need to file taxes and include all worldwide income.
4. So you have committed tax evasion?
 
There is no way you could survive in Canada with just OAS or OAS and GIS even if you spent another 5 years in Canada. You likely never paid into CPP which is the majority of what people receive as pension.
