I have applied for OINP Foreign Worker and get the intent to refuse because:
The following concerns have been identified in my application:
• The Employer Form submitted with the application indicates that the business
location where the applicant will be working or reporting to work is Waterloo, ON and there are full-
time employees who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents working or
reporting to work at the business location where the applicant will be working or
reporting to work.
• The job offer letter dated October 5, 2023, however, indicates that the applicant
will be “working remotely in Canada”, suggesting that the applicant will work at a
single location, in particular from their home office.
WHat does it mean? Do they want to see that I am reporting to this office even if I am working from home in the same province "Ontario"?
Did someone had the same issue with "working remotely?
Please help me with that. Thank you in advance!
