What should I do if I have 479 CRS ( IT Domain, 4 years experience ) applying with my spouse(both are 25 years old) and applying for Canada PR so should we wait for federal invite or go with pnp??

If you have OINP invite then go for that.

I will be creating Profile in January so that time I will go for OINP so just want to know how long it takes in average case to complete the Pr process after ITA and 1500 CAD fees for OINP is for our application I mean not per person as we are applying as a couple

So what OINP program are you elgibile for. Have you checked the OINP draws and scores? There was just a EE STEM draw and score was 481. $1500 is the fee for the application. You can check processing times on the OINP and IRCC sites.

I am eligible for TECH (I am in IT field with 4 years experience same for spouse)

I saw OINP cutoffs we are pretty much below or close to my Crs so I was thinking to give IELTS again as I can add 3 more points for federal invite otherwise OINP
