OINP Work experience letter

Hi all,

I'm submitting the following documents for work experience in my OINP application -
1. Reference letter from office
2. Salary slips
3. Increment and promotion letters of each year.

Is it necessary to attach offer letter as well? I wish to skip it since my job title mentioned in reference letter is different than offer letter?
