OINP - WES ECA

Hello experts,

I am trying to apply for OINP under the category International Students with a job offer. I did my WES ECA degree evaluation in May 2016 and sent a copy of Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCIIT
Toronto, ON. already. Now since I sent this copy already in May, do I need to order another duplicate report as OINP suggests? Or should I just include the hard copy of WES ECA in my application?

Please advice.

OINP will accept the application as long as the employer pre-screen application has since been approved. But we're not sure yet if OP has already done this.

My pre screen has already been approved so I can still apply for this.

They only stopped taking new Employer Pre Screen applications. Employer Pre screen has already been approved in my case. So I am still eligible to apply for this.

My friend has a BA 2 years degree with ECA of '2 years diploma' and a 1 year PGD with ECA of '3 years diploma'. now his ECA is qualified for '2 degrees with one at least being 3 years or more' but his actual study period was 3 years(2 year BA + 1 year PGD). so what is the right choice for him in selecting education??
1 degree or 2 degrees?
has anyone else had this scenario?
