OINP URGENT HELP REQUIRED- GOING TO INDIA

Hi Guys,

I have approx 3 years of work experience in Ontario , so in case if i have to go back to India , from India i can get PT invitation under express entry?

I have 3 years degree ( ECA Evaluated from WES)
I have 400 Points
I have IELTS score Speaking 7 , Writing 6.5 , Reading 5.5 , Listening 6.

In reading I have 5.5 is it ok for OINP under express entry .

No. Your IELTS score in reading is too low. You need to retake the test and score a minimum of 6 in each category.

Ok i will give my ielts test again but if I will go to India , so i can get PT invitation for OINP even I am in India ...?
