Following is a portion from the OINP update from August 26, 2020 (in red color italics). The second bullet point and the statement following it are not clear, i.e. "If you receive a notification of interest, you don’t need to contact the program"

You may apply to the HCP stream if you:

• receive a notification of interest on August 26, 2020
• can demonstrate that your work experience was in one of the eligible National Occupation Classification (NOC) codes listed below

If you receive a notification of interest, you don’t need to contact the program.

You can apply directly on OINP e-filing portal if you receive NOI, there is no need to send an email or call OINP, this is what they mean.
