In the new EoI system, it asks for your highest level of education and the note says the program must be two years long.

However, as per the OINP student stream requirements:
a degree or diploma that takes at least two years to complete if you study on a full-time basis, or a degree, diploma or certificate that takes at least one year to complete if you study on a full-time basis and that requires a completed degree as an admission requirement
So can I select my 1-year certification that was full-time and required a degree as my highest level of education?

Is this a mistake in the application?

Was completing a bachelor degree a mandatory requirement for acceptance into the certification program?

Oh yeah, definitely. I qualify for this for sure. But it's the note which concerns me...otherwise I would have submitted my profile right away.

This contradicts the requirements here: https://www.ontario.ca/page/oinp-employer-job-offer-international-student-stream#section-3

What do you think I should do, just go ahead with it?
