OINP skilled trade EE

Hello all,

My PGWP expired in Feb last week. On Jan 11, skilled trade EE draw, I got invitation for machinist job. It’s in the process.

Now, I got LMIA. But, in different field (Management position in Tim’s )

Will this make any affects on my OINP process..!?

Kindly please advise me if you have any idea .

You can stay in Canada until your file is in process. As per your comment, you have applied for Express Entry Trade occupations, not OINP. However, it will not affect your process unless they find any fault.

I applied under OINP, skilled trade draw.
