OINP - Should I recreate profile

Good day,

I have been in the express pool since February with a CSR of 439. I am reading on here about being invited to apply for scores over 400 into the OINP program. Do you think it makes sense for me to withdraw and create a new profile given I am yet to receive anything from Ontario?

Right now, until there are further announcements from OINP, only if you have CLB 7 French and CLB 6 English test results.
