OINP - responding to a letter. Merging documents together?

Hi. I have a silly question but I still want to get an opinion on it.

I am responding to OINP via e-portal, they are asking for clarifications.

I have to submit the following THREE BATCHES of documents to them. Do I merge each batch PDFs together and send or number them and send separately?

BATCH 1
Letter of explanation
Change of Personal Information Form
Work Memo 2013
Job Description: 2013
Work doc with designations with signatures
Work Memo 2017
Job Description 2017
Work doc with designations with signatures
Total work experience letter

BATCH 2
Letter of explanation
Change of Personal Information Form
New EE profile Confirmation letter
New EE profile and Job Seeker code
Old/Inactive EE profile Confirmation letter
Old/Inactive EE profile profile and Job Seeker code
Old/Inactive EE profile Notification of ineligibility
OINP – Notification of interest

BATCH 3
Letter of explanation
Change of Personal Information Form
New ielts


As you can see, plenty of documents but during uploading they mention to do it SEPARATELY (?).

Please guide if possible. I don't want to frustrate them.
