I have created my express entry profile (CIC) with score below 400 and NOC 2171.
I meet all the criteria for OINP, but havent received any NOI.

Is there any other site where I must register for OINP in order to get NOI?

When did you create your EE profile?

OINP is not sending NOI at this moment. If you have created a week ago, you must have received message. If not, then check your Province preferences and its declaration (must be check to share your profile with provinces).
