OINP Refund Time Window?

Hello,

I applied to OINP (non-EE) but now I received an Express Entry invite so I no longer needed the OINP nomination.

The status of my case is " Assessment ". I would like to know if I withdraw it now, will I be able to get the 1500$ refunded?
