OINP : Questions about invitation

Hi All,

I want some clarification on OINP (Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program) from experts/experienced guys.
I have a valid EE profile created in March 2015 with score of 417.
I understand that for OINP, you get invitation to apply (for scores above 400) and then only you can proceed to submit application. However, there is some clause about profile creation date i.e. profile should be created only after some date then only it is considered.

Can someone advice,
1. What is that threshold date?
2. Anything can be done for such profiles which are created prior to threshold date and want to apply?
3. Is the program still open?

And any other help for people who has applied will be appreciated.

Hello ,

I have CRS 430. From Feb 09 , I am waiting for invite for OINP. I have withdrawn my profile in Express entry and created again but still no invite, Can you please tell me , is there any pause on invitation or something else.

Threshold date is 24th Nov. 2015. If you have created or recreated your EE profile after this date, then you need to give atleast 2 weeks time period to see if you receive PT NOI from Ontario.

I have created my profile from Feb 09, 2016 and waiting for Invitation, Is there any issue going on or Ontari reached it's limit for 2016.

Quota for 2015 was 2700 EE candidates and it started only in June 2015. A similar quota would be allocated for 2016. There is no official news but it would be hard to believe that the quota for 2016 has reached.
