my friends submitted his Pr application under oinp PhD graduate stream
its already more than 2 months since he send all the documents to Sydney.

Do he will receive an email, when he can link his application when he receive his Aor

at prsent he is not able to link his application.

please suggest.

He got OINP approved in October and proceeded with PR
