I received a letter of interest on Dec 14, 2024. Since then, I have been unable to upload my documents successfully due to technical difficulties.
I have been on the OINP platform for hours every day and emailed them but to no avail.
What do you think I should do?

I have also received the NOI on same date, for HCP - FSW.
I tried few things and found out one, may be not so permanent, solution. Sugeest you could try these steps.
1) Delete all cookies and history related to OINP portal from all your browsers.
2) Restart your computer.
3) Open Microsoft Edge and Login to OINP e-filling portal. Do not open any other applications.
