OINP - PhD Stream Processing Time

Hey All,

Do you have any insights about the OINP - PhD Stream processing time? I mean the total time between receiving NOI to getting the PR.

Also, I am confused a little bit about the steps after receiving NOI. Should be anyone has NOI eligible for 600 points in EE? Or is the PhD Stream separated from EE ?Thanks a lot
