Hi. My CRS Score is 442 and am in the Express entry pool, waiting for my ITA. I received a Provincial Interest Letter from Ontario. I have the following questions:
1) Should I wait for the ITA without considering the PNP Nomination from Ontario? I can wait for 2 draws before my 45 days period from receiving the Interest letter expires

2) If I select to go the PNP route and pay 1500 CAD, do i need to again pay the ITA processing fees?

3) If I select the PNP route, time for processing PNP would be about 2 months + ITA processing time of 6 months. Is that correct?

Thanks in advance.

442 is a good score. Wait Or not wait depends on your age, scope of CRS increase via IELTS, when is ur birthdate as you may loose 5 points after that. But yes You can wait for 3 draws (1 in jan, 2 in feb) as the last day for submitting OINP application would be 28feb, also keep your documents ready in mean time so that it you don't get ITA then you can immediately apply for OINP.

If you wish to play safe go for OINP

2) If I select to go the PNP route and pay 1500 CAD, do i need to again pay the ITA processing fees?
1500 CAD is for processing OINP application and is separate from PR processing fee.

3) If I select the PNP route, time for processing PNP would be about 2 months + ITA processing time of 6 months. Is that correct?
PNP processing time varies from 60-90 days on average. And average 6 months for PR application processing.

Thanks in advance.
