OINP notification trend

Some of the trends that I have noticed for getting an OINP:

1) I have noticed that most of people are getting Ontario PNP notification in first two weeks of a month. Is there any one who has got Ontario PNP notification by the end of a month?

2) Most of the notification are given to IT sector guys or CEC guys(Inland). Is it true? My estimate is 70-80 percent OINP goes to IT sector or CEC guys.

Any comments or views.
 
On which regards 2), both myself and my wife are from Brazil and we are not IT folks.

We did receive the notification letter on Sep 02.

Thanks Ipera :). Is it possible for you to mention your NOC and EE score. Any ties to Ontario?

Thanks for your comments. Yes I understand that non-IT guys are also getting notification letters, but the trend favors the IT and CEC guys by a large percentage. Don't you think?

I was looking for people who have got notification after first two weeks of a month and you are one them. It will really help in boosting my confidence.

Here's my timeline:

EE score - 422
NOC -3012 (nurse)
EE case resubmitted - June5th
PT Notification received - 23rd June
Application sent - 30th July
Application received - 31st July
AOR - waiting
Nomination - waiting

Check out this thread - oopnp-acknowledgment-received-t307460.0

and look through the spreadsheet. I don't know about IT sector preference but around 95% accepted cases, were of CEC applicants. Very few for FSW.

NOC 6314 if I am not mistaken. 414 EE points. Language 9+.

I have 2 family friends living in Ontario and I also visited Toronto and Blue Mountains for tourism back in 2012.
 
I got pt nomination today, 443, NOC 2211... CEC inland...!!!
