So OINP requested for more documents to process my application. I was just looking for some insight on how folks on here went about delivering these. Since OINP needs access to a copy of ECA, you need to request a new copy and add them as a recipient. That should be fairly straight forward.
I provided OINP with pay stubs, my employment offer letter and company position description on company letterhead with my initial application. OINP is stating that they need a timesheet or the amount of hours spent yearly for that position, and during that duration I was employed if I received remuneration for the work I did in that position. I would think that the pay stubs proves this but I guess not, anyways for those who have provided a timesheet from their employer, can someone provide me with a sample of what was provided ? Just so that I know what to ask my employer for (ie: what needs to be stated in the letter).
In addition, they have even asked to provide W2 forms from all the stated employed years. I can provide this, but I wanted to hear from those who have submitted this, if it's ok to hide the SSN as I don't want to be giving out such sensitive information.
Basically if I don't provide this, they say I won't qualify for the OINP minimum requirements. Obviously I can provide this information, I just want to be able to do this successfully without any further issues.
