For the OINP Masters Graduate stream, can I show permanent part-time job letter to show settlement funds? My employer has agreed to provide a letter stating that I am 'permanent part-time' with min number of hours each week and my hourly pay which will easily meet the ~15K CAD requirement. OINP website says settlement funds can be shown using "annual earnings from ongoing employment in Ontario (or) a job offer in Ontario " but it is not specific.
