OINP masters stream paper or EE

Hi all,

Thank you for reading this post. I have had trouble and confusion on some parts of the EE and PNP process and I got some answers yesterday. I will summarize what I know below and please feel free to correct me if i'm wrong.

1. There are two types of PNP Streams, One gives a provincial nomination, one gives an ITA from EE draws (similar to the one from April 28th) after getting the nomination and by adding 600 extra points ?
2. If I have a PNP and have 600 extra I will be eligible for one of the PNP draws.
3. The Ontario PNP can be express entry or non express entry. I am eligible for masters stream, which is non express entry. So if I were to get a nomination through that 600 points wont be added to my Express entry?
4. OINP masters stream is processed on paper?

These are the questions I would like to get clarified. The immigration lawyer I contacted says otherwise about the EE-PNP draws. Please let me know. Any clarification is greatly appreciated.

Yes please need the answer to this. Great question. Also need 2 more:
1) can we directly get PR from paper based PnP? Or need to apply thru EXpress entry again?
2) If we apply thru EE after paper based, would my paper based get withdrawn?

Did you get any answer to your questions if you will be able to add 600 points to your EE profile for the non-EE PNP?
