Hi all, I received nominee certificate today at Aug 28. The letter said "You must apply to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) using a paper application form. Please note this nomination is not valid for Express Entry. "
But on the IRCC website, it says "You must now apply online As of September 23, 2022, you must now apply online for this program." https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...ncial-nominees/application-process/paper.html
I assume I should follow IRCC's guidelines and apply online right? Since this information is new and they have the final say in PR status.
