I didn't send Intention to Reside in Ontario letter and only sent ties with Ontario in my application. Upon checking OINP guide I came to know that letter of intent to reside in Ontario is mandatory. I am really worried and I am having sleepless nights. Please answer following questions, it would be a great help.
1. Can I sent id over e-mail now? will that be accepted by them?
2. Or should I send it via post? Will they accept?
3. If none of 1 and 2 both are not correct then what corrective action may be taken now?

Note: While submitting application, I checked the OINP application form twice and no where they mention about letter of intent to reside in Ontario (not even in checklist) but it is mandatory as per application guide. In form they only ask for Ties with Ontario.
