OINP invitation to apply

Hi,

I have not created profile in EE but created in OINP portal as foreign worker stream with 10months experience in canada and still working and today I received an invitation to submit application within 14days. Does this comes under PNP program. Can I go ahead and apply. Please advice.

I would think so. Note that this won’t be through EE though.
