oinp- international student with job offer requirments

Hello,

I am an international student working as computer network technician. Firstly, i was on 6 months' contract with my employer and then he promoted me to permanent full time. He did not post this job anywhere before promoting me. Is the employer required to post this job?

According to new rules "The anticipated employment activities related to the position must occur primarily in Ontario."

please advise me.

Hello,

I do not think that the employer is needed to post the job under international student stream. It is only needed in foreign worker stream. Since your job offer is older than six months, make sure that you have a letter written by your employer confirming this job and mentioning the changes in position and duties.

Yes, it is. They actually email your employer and ask for details.
