OINP : International Student Stream

I recently got ITA for International student stream (OINP) few weeks back. I submitted all the documents already. I checked my EOl results it showed two Canadian credentials and I got points for it 10points which is incorrect I just have one Canadian credential (5points) upon further inquiry from OINP I got to know that I added same education info twice which is why I got points. Although even if 5points are taken off I am well over the cutoff wanted to know what should I do in this case? Should I withdraw the application it's still in submitted status or should I send a support letter highlighting the issue? Please help

Hi, I received the invite for OINP student stream on March 12th. My employer filled the employer form and giving current working letter but in current working letter they are not adding my duties and responsibilities. Can someone please advise what can be done at this point? Even my original offer letter doesn't have the duties and resposibility. Please help.
