The job offer should be printed on business letterhead and include the business address, telephone/fax numbers, email and website addresses; indicate the name of the responsible officer/supervisor and include their signature; and specify your job title, wage, duties and responsibilities, number of hours, vacation, workplace location, employment start date and an indication that the job offer is for a full-time position of an indeterminate duration.

The original job offer should meet the requirements listed above. If the original job offer letter is older than six months, please include a current letter confirming your ongoing offer of employment and that the job offer meets the requirements listed above.
AS STATED ABOVE FROM THE OFFICIAL OINP WEBSITE, I NEED TO SUBMIT JOB OFFER LETEER BUT AS I AM ALREADY WORKING IN THE SAME COMPANY FROM A LONGER TIME CAN I SUBMIT EMPLOYMENT LETTER WITH MY SIGN ALONG WITH EMPLOYER SIGN. I MOVED POSITIONS INTERNALLY IN THE COMPANY AND BEACAUSE OF WHICH I NEVER ASKED JOB OFFER LETTER. NOW ASKING MY EMPLOYER FOR JOB OFFER LTTER, EMPLOYER FORM, AND EMPLOYMENT LETTER WILL BE BIG HASTLE FOR MY HR.
