Job Offer (mandatory)
Provide a copy of your job offer signed by you and your employer. The job offer should be printed on business letterhead and include the business address, telephone/fax numbers, email and website addresses; indicate the name of the responsible officer/supervisor and include their signature; and specify your job title, wage, duties and responsibilities, number of hours, vacation, workplace location, employment start date and an indication that the job offer is for a full-time position of an indeterminate duration.
If you are currently working for the employer in the same position as the job offer, you may submit your original job offer signed by you and your employer. The original job offer should meet the requirements listed above. If the original job offer letter is older than six months, please include a current letter confirming your ongoing offer of employment and that the job offer meets the requirements listed above.

AS STATED ABOVE FROM THE OFFICIAL OINP WEBSITE, I NEED TO SUBMIT JOB OFFER LETEER BUT AS I AM ALREADY WORKING IN THE SAME COMPANY FROM A LONGER TIME CAN I SUBMIT EMPLOYMENT LETTER WITH MY SIGN ALONG WITH EMPLOYER SIGN. I MOVED POSITIONS INTERNALLY IN THE COMPANY AND BEACAUSE OF WHICH I NEVER ASKED JOB OFFER LETTER. NOW ASKING MY EMPLOYER FOR JOB OFFER LTTER, EMPLOYER FORM, AND EMPLOYMENT LETTER WILL BE BIG HASTLE FOR MY HR.

Your question is already answered in what you quoted above. You can use an older job offer however if the job offer is older than six months, then you need to also include a new letter from your employer confirming your ongoing employment and the details of your employment such as job title, wage, etc.

In that case you need to get a new letter from your employer now confirming your job and all of the details requested in what you quoted. You cannot use the letter you have.

NEW LETTER AS IN THE EMPLOYMENT LETTER, NOT AN OFFER LETTER.
