I MOVED POSITIONS INTERNALLY IN THE COMPANY AND BEACAUSE OF WHICH I NEVER ASKED JOB OFFER LETTER. NOW ASKING MY EMPLOYER FOR JOB OFFER LTTER, EMPLOYER FORM, AND EMPLOYMENT LETTER WILL BE BIG HASTLE FOR MY HR.

In that case you need to get a new letter from your employer now confirming your job and all of the details requested in what you quoted. You cannot use the letter you have.
