My PGWP is expiring in 3 weeks and my OINP is in DIP for more than 75 days ago. I am currently working in Canada, what options do I have to get more time to maintain my status.
1. Is it possible to apply for work permit extension to get maintained status and submit OINP nomination letter if it comes in time.
2. Can I apply for BOWP?
3. My employer is ready to do LMIA, is 3weeks enough to file LMIA application and then apply for maintained status ?
