Hello everyone! I have a question OINP for international students with job offer, the web-site says that the stream is open for both applicants inside and outside of Canada. My question is: if the person submits the application from outside how can this person work for the employer if he/she gets the nomination? Since I know if you receive the nomination through this stream you have to work for that employer until you get the PR. I will appreciate any comment! Thanks in advance!

Once nominated and you have submitted your PR application, you can apply for a work permit.

probably you could be outside of Ontario/Canada but you have a job offer with a star date for later, if you don't have job offer you can not apply for this stream.
