Hi
a lot of us must be aware of the new initiative (link above), and I'm just confused about it slightly as to how to approach it.
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Do I apply directly through regular Express Entry first and mention my interest in the Ontario territory. And Ontario would search me through the express entry profile
or
Do I approach with the OINP first?
Also, how is the Human Capital Priorities (HCP) aligned with the Express Entry - as in, do I do anything differently or they go hand in hand?
I understand it, but I feel a bit confused - perhaps need a bit of advice to join the dots properly.
2 more separate questions -
I had applied last year but nothing happened and my profile expired after a year - I had 390 points back then.
If I'm applying again, (I know that I have to mention that this is not the first time I'm applying) but does that have any negative impact on my scoring or would it be treated as a fresh entry.
And lastly, my IELTS would complete 2 years in Nov/Dec. I'm submitting my application end july/beginning august - If my application takes, lets say, until feb/march - does it matter that IELTS would've expired in Nov/Dec?
