OINP Human Capital Stream 2017

Dear All
I am looking forward to OINP Human Capital as an option for immigration. I live outside Canada and do not have a job offer.

What i would like to know is that say if i get an NOI (Notification to Interest ) to apply for OINP, how soon do i need to complete the application.
Will it be a race to complete and give in the application first, say first 6000 applications.

Because I believe that there will be a lot of people between 400 and the current 447 points in the EE pool.

Will everyone who has min 400 points and marked Ontario as preferred province to move to, get a NOI?

They have not declared the criteria of selection for 2017. They might declare it on 21st Feb. Keep visiting OINP updates.

Please note that applicants who meet Ontario’s stream criteria may not
necessarily receive a Notification of Interest. Ontario cannot guarantee that
applicants will receive any particular result or benefit as a result of meeting
its criteria.
