OINP Human Capital Priorities Stream: Is Notary needed ?

Hi All,

I have collected all the documents needed for OINP stream under Human Capital Priorities Stream.
Now my Process consultant is asking for Notarizing all the documents. Kindly let me know if it is really needed.

1) Does the employment reference letters(printed and signed on a plain A4 paper) need to be notarised?
2) All the remaining supporting documents need to be notarized?

Not required but always good to do so. I have seen many people done it including myself and many others who havent.
