Oinp hcp website issue on deadline day

I got EOI from oinp hcp stream, bad news is it’s my deadline today and website says it’s under maintenance. Alredy send a webs form to oinp. What’s the best option to do right now?

Site tells you what to do. Send email to program. Didn‘t think OINP have a webform.
